Postpartum Therapy
Supporting birthing people and their partners in a time of new parenthood.

Postpartum therapy is aimed at helping new parents, often the birthing person, navigate the emotional, psychological, and physical challenges that can arise after childbirth. It provides a supportive environment where individuals can process their experiences, manage mood disorders, and receive guidance on adjusting to their new role as a parent. It also addresses birth trauma that happened as a result of an unexpected or violating birth outcome. I have also created a partner postpartum depression scale to support partners in identifying their mental health struggles post-birth. Postpartum therapy is crucial in dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health issues that may arise during the postpartum period. I have over 7 years of expertise in perinatal mental health.
