Childhood Trauma
Supporting the healing of adverse childhood experiences, ruptured attachments, and long term hurts.
Childhood trauma therapy focuses on helping individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences that occurred during childhood. Trauma in childhood can have long-lasting effects on emotional, psychological, and physical well-being, and it may manifest in adulthood through issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship difficulties, and poor self-esteem. I have a decade of experience treating trauma and I am also a professor of a graduate-level trauma course. I help clients engage with their bodies and empower them to unlock what they already have within them to heal. Childhood trauma therapy aims to address these deep-rooted issues and help individuals reclaim a sense of safety, stability, and control in their lives.
